We've made our move to NC....16 days ago and we've made progress. Seen several houses, but not sold on any of them. It's very different here...nothing like Texas! It's not as hot and the weather is decent! Hurricane Ernesto came through with a lot of rain, but no damage in our area. The day after Ernesto pasted, we had beautiful and cool weather! Now we have to keep an eye on Tropical Storm Florence. We celebrated Michaels 4th birthday at Marks dads house, had a pool party for him and had a blast! Katelyns elbow is fractured, same arm as last year. Her, Michael and Mark went outside and the kids got on the trampoline Monday afternoon and Marks nephew and his friend got on and were playing around and all of the kids fell after jumping and Katelyn started crying. They all came in and Katelyn settled a bit, then her elbow swelled up....ended up in the ER. They told us before x-rays that we might be facing surgery to repair the nerves and blood vessels because of were the fracture was, the fracture is in a common spot and the doctor gave us the worse case possibility of what we could face, but wanted to hear from the Orthopedic surgen first. The x-rays ended up showing that none of that was necessary, and the Orthopedic came in to splint her arm temporarily. We go back Friday morning to get a cast.
