2005's 1st Winter Blast!

The Dallas Forth Worth area is under a Winter Blast! This morning we woke up to 35 degree weather and is dropping by the minute. Those of you who haven't experienced Texas weather, we Texans get really excited when we get even an inch of anything other than rain!! The last snow fall over 9 inches that I can remember having was back in 1988! Yes, 1988.....Schools are already closing. I called Austins school and they don't plan on closing unless the diocese tell them too. Tonight we will have well below freezing temperatures and tomorrow morning we will be waking up to 18 degrees!!! Tomorrows high is expected to be in the 20's. This is exciting!
